Dennis C. Mueller - "Religion and Liberalism"



Dennis C. Mueller is Professor of Economics at the University of Vienna. He previously taught for many years at the University of Maryland. He is the author of Public Choice, Profits in the Long Run, Constitutional Democracy, and others. He is a past president of the Public Choice society, the Southern Economic Association, and the Industrial Organization Society. Here he discusses the relationship between individual liberties and constitutional rights, and how religions can pose threats to both individual rights and liberties.
